Treat Your Shingles – Asphalt shingles have changed over the last number of years. They are thinner than they used to be and contain less actual asphalt, and so they tend not to last as long as they used to.

Reactiv8® Shingle consists of 95% plant based solution that upon contact with the shingle, instantly begins absorption and penetration into the shingle. This also provides a rejuvenation very similar to applying lotion and moisturizing your skin. his allows the layer of shingles to expand and contract with heat and cold properly, without breaking apart, and also gives the shingles more capability to deal with weather and wind, without breaking apart as well.

Storm and severe weather damages simulated in the lab were reduced by over 75% on treated shingles.

Aged Shingles were rejuvenated and became flexible to a “like new” condition.
Both Old and New shingles were found to be over 80% more resilient and impermeable to moisture and rainwater than untreated shingles.
Both Old and New shingles were found to have their “tensile strength” and internal structure strength greatly increased after treatment of Reactiv8 shingle.

Hail Testing – Hail damage was greatly reduced when both new and old asphalt shingles were treated and test, versus untreated shingles. When Testing was completed, it was found to reduce hail damage by well over 75%.

Flexibility and Reactivation Test – Aged shingles that had lost their flexibility and ability to ben were treated, tested and were proven to have been completely restored to be line new condition.

Weather Proofing and Moisture Proofing Test – Treated shingles , both new and old were found to be over 80% more resilient and impermeable to rainwater than untreated shingles.

The Process – Inspection: We will inspect your roof, assess it and make recommendations if any repairs or updates need to be done.

Cleaning: Often roofs need to be soft washed and cleaned off before application. At this time, updates and small repairs can be completed as well.
Application. Application takes roughly 1-2 hours to complete.
Warranty. We offer a 5-year warranty on our product, provided that the roof that was treated was in acceptable condition. We will generally not refuse to treat a roof, but it may not be covered by warranty then.
